Our Values
Body Positivity
We believe that all bodies are good bodies! We reject the belief that you have to be a certain size or shape to be healthy and we are actively trying to break that stigma. We are aware of the anti-fat bias that exists in society and are addressing the fitness sector to combat this social attitude!
Nutrition
We go by the mantra,
What can I add to this meal...
There is a misconception a calorie deficit meal plan equals weight loss. However we believe that is the wrong way to look at nutrition. A different and healthier perspective is what fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, can I add to this meal to enhance not only the flavor but the nutrition of this meal. What is my body asking me for? Following that guide, we believe the body will do what is best for itself. We need to restore our relationship with food and heal from trama that diet culture has created.
Self compassion, relating to ourselves kindly

We believe there are three components to experience self compassion:

1. Self Kindness - treating ourselves like a good friend

2. Common Humanity- We are all human

3. Mindfulness- Non-judgement state of mind that observes and is receptive to ones feelings
